Membership Application Form

Thank you for your interest in joining our association.

There are three classes of Membership in our Articles:

(a) Ordinary Member (普通會員);
(b) Student Member (學生會員); and
(c) Retiring Member (退休會員).

Application for Retiring Member (退休會員) is not available at the moment.

Before proceeding to the application form, please take a look at the below for eligibility of respective classes of membership:-

Ordinary Member (普通會員)

1. Ordinarily residing in Hong Kong; and
2. Being employed in Company Secretarial/ Corporate Governance or related industries.

Student Member (學生會員)

1. Ordinarily residing in Hong Kong;
2. Full-time student of a recognized higher education institution; and
3. Studying Company Secretarial/ Corporate Governance or related subject.

Note: Membership application is subject to our officers' review and approval in eligibility according to our Articles. HKCSPA reserves the final rights for decision.
