We typically open the position posting in Spring and aim to hire up to 80 students throughout the Spring to help lead crucial discussions in the following year.

Together with up to 3-4 new to OSU students (either traditional first years or transfer) and a faculty member your team will:

Discuss and develop navigation and success strategies for campus and academic life
Connect with resources and opportunities
Explore career options
Make meaningful connections with faculty, experienced students, and peers

We appreciate your referrals of students to our program to participate as peer mentors. Please fill out your information on this page and you will be directed to a section to submit details on any students you are referring to us. If you are a student signing up yourself but would also like to make a referral there will also be space for this prior to submitting this form. Referred students will be contacted by the Program Coordinator and encouraged to apply throughout Spring term.
