Math Club is not a math curriculum and is not meant to take the place of grade-appropriate math instruction. It is a supplemental enrichment program and is best suited for middle-school level kids (regardless of age or designated grade) who really enjoy math and problem solving, and who already possess average to advanced math skills. Optional participation in the MathCounts competition is limited to students in grades 6 - 8.

Math Club is affiliated with North Austin Science Alliance, a competitive science team for homeschooled students that focuses on Science Olympiad participation. Math Club is independent of science team and students may be members of one or both.
