Young Professional of the Year Award - Nomination Form
This award recognizes the outstanding achievements of a young professional who is considered a role model for others both personally and professionally.  This person exemplifies the qualities of effective leadership, the potential for growth, the importance in social, cultural, and environmental awareness, and has a commitment to the wider community.

Specific criteria include:

Nominees must be between the ages of 21-40 years old
Nominees must be the owner or employee of an active business that is either a member in good standing of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce (regardless of location) OR is located or operating in one of the following cities: Beachwood, Pepper Pike, Shaker Heights, Highland Hills, Warrensville Heights, Orange, Mooreland Hills, Bedford Heights, Woodmere  
o Nominees do NOT need to be a resident of these cities
Nominee should have at least 1 year of professional experience in their current career
Nominee should demonstrate excellence, creativity, and show initiative in their company or profession
Nominee should provide valuable service by contributing time and energy to causes or organizations that work to improve their community
Multiple awards may be presented in this category at the discretion of the Award Selection Committee



The recipients of this award will be recognized at the Spirit of Success Awards Banquet on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
