Please understand that by indicating a willingness to participate you agree to allow photography and video media of yourself to be captured throughout the CODA Conference and give permission for this content to be used by CODA Conference and associated guests as they feel appropriate.
You also agree to release the owners and operators of and on the enclosed lands of the conference , including but not limited to; CODA Conference, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and all other parties from any liability for injury; damages or compensations for the duration of your presence at the CODA conference and associated facilities.
