Full Circle Home is honored to help you celebrate a special woman in your life! As you fill out the form, please be aware of the following:

1.  ONE gift set sent per service member. (If your buddy is not sending one, that doesn't mean you can send  If you submit 2, both will be discarded.
2.  All male and female service members can send one to the important woman at home. (Mom, wife, sister - a special Mom.)
3.  All boxes sent to addresses in the U.S. or U.S.territories.
4.  You can not send it to yourself. (Seems obvious but it needs to be spelled out!)
5.  Write a note. That is really the MOST important thing in the box to her. The box is awesome, but she wants to feel connected to you! 
6.  This is all underwritten by businesses and individuals across the country that want to say "Thank you" to you and to your families who serve along side of you.

Thank you for all that YOU do for us here at home! We are honored to be able to do this for you and YOUR hero! We have already started preparing the gifts.
