2020 Coaching Development

As a club we introduced a new coaching structure in 2018 and now aim for all coaches to achieve formal qualifications before coaching a team. The initial process for unqualified coaches to gain qualifications will be through Coach the Coach sessions post 2019/pre 2020 season. There will then be continuing support and development throughout the year.
