BYC Summer Cruise Registration

The Summer Cruise sails West to Shelter Island with interesting ports of call for boats of all shapes and sizes and crews of all skill levels and inviting for children and adults. It’s an eight-day cruise easily extended depending on your schedule.

This year we stop at Pt. Judith and Stonington on our way to Shelter Island where we will stay for two nights in Coecles Harbor.  On our way home, we stay one night in 3 Mile Harbor, two nights on Block Island and one night at Dutch Harbor.

REGISTER FOR THE CRUISE:
Please download and review the BYC Cruise Registration Guide available from the BYC Website Summer Cruise page prior to completing your registration.  Answer all of the items below.  You will receive an email from Google forms after you complete the registration with your responses. 

When you complete this registration form, you then need to pay for your registration.  See the link on the Summer Cruise webpage.  There will be a $50 cruise fee per boat and you will pay for the dinners you need for Stonington and Dutch Harbor.

If you have any questions, please review Registration Guide and contact either the Fleet Captain or the specific Day Captain for a port.

Day 1 - Will you be joining us at Pt. Judith on Saturday?  We plan to anchor in the Harbor of Refuge.  See the registration guide for more info.

Day 2 - Will you be joining us at Dodson's Marine at Stonington on Sunday?  Dodson's moorings are first come first serve, but we will let them know how many are coming.  They assure us they will have enough moorings for our group.  You will pay for the mooring when you arrive.  Review the Registration Guide for more info.   *
Day 2 - Stonington Dinner - Will you be joining us for dinner in Stonington on Sunday?  It will be a catered buffet dinner and will cost $50.00 for adult and $17.00 for child. More detail on location and food is in the Registration Guide.

Day 3 - Will you be joining us at Coecles Harbor on Monday?  You need to reserve the mooring directly with the Yacht Club via Dockwa.  Make sure you add a note in Dockwa that you are part of the BYC cruise.  Reserve your mooring quickly because they might run out.  Review the Registration Guide for more info.   *
Day 4 - Will you be staying with us at Coecles Harbor on Tuesday?  You need to reserve the mooring via Dockwa.  Make sure you add a note in Dockwa that you are part of the BYC cruise.  Reserve your mooring quickly because they might run out.  Review the Registration Guide for more info.   *
Day 5 - Will you be joining us at 3 Mile Harbor on Wednesday? We will be anchoring and eating potluck on the beach.  Review the Registration Guide for more info.   *
Day 6 - Will you be joining us at Block Island on Thursday and would like to request a Mooring in Great Salt Pond?  Moorings are first come first serve, but the Harbor Master will try to accommodate BYC after 3pm.

Day 6 - Block Island Dinner - On Thursday evening we are planning a group dinner at a restaurant.   You will select your dinner from the restaurant menu and pay at the restaurant.  Still working on securing restaurant as most are not yet open for summer.  Hoping for Dead Eye Dicks again.  Indicate number that would attend dinner *
Day 7 - Will you be staying with us at Block Island on Friday and would like a Mooring?   *
Day 8 - Will you be joining us at Dutch Harbor on Saturday?  Moorings are reserved using Dockwa.   Make sure you add a note in Dockwa that you are part of the BYC cruise.    *
Day 8 - Dutch Harbor Dinner - On Saturday evening we are planning a group dinner on the picnic tables in Dutch Harbor.  We will be ordering Pizza and Salad.  The cost will be $10/person.   Indicate number that would attend dinner. *
