This is the registration form for the entrance examination guidance in EEIS to be held at 15:00-17:00 on May 2, 2024, in Room 241 of Faculty of Engineering Bldg. 2, the University of Tokyo, Japan and Online and consultancy for laboratory preference will be held online from 17:00 - 19:00. You need a registration to attend the guidance and/or consultancy online via this form.
