Cancellations:
Only written notice of cancellation will be considered.  
Fees are payable in full if cancellation is notified less than 5 days prior to the commencement of the workshop, or if a booked delegate fails to attend.
Fees will be refunded, less 15% administration fee, if a written notice of cancellation is received 8 days or more in advance of the seminar/workshop.  Our liability, in the event of cancellation for any reason, will be limited to a refund of the fees paid for the workshop.
Please be aware that a minimum of 20 people per workshop is required – if this number is not reached, the workshop may be cancelled
