Creator Club Registration - Session #7
Creator Club will feature a curriculum of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) related activities. Even numbered sessions repeat on odds, i.e. the same curriculum is offered.

This is a 5-week session: 5/1/23 through 6/2/23. THIS IS THE LAST SESSION OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

Thursdays, 3:30-4:30pm

FOR GRADES KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 8TH
There is a limit of 15 children for any/all afterschool programs.

I understand that I will update PickUp Patrol (or other busing system) each day my child is to attend Creator Club. This is considered a 'permission slip' for both the School and the Library. Parents/guardians are not required to be present during the program. I understand pickup time is 4:30pm. Snacks are provided by the Library, so I will inform all staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions, and provide my child with their own afterschool snack. My consent on this form extends to the policies of the Dublin Public Library.
