Guidelines:
• Online consultation session would be for a maximum of 20 minutes per participant, anyone who joins late would be given the remaining time left in the slot.
• Participant may submit any prerequisite questions one day prior to the session
• It is mandatory for every participant to submit evaluation feedback at the end of the session to make themselves eligible for all future online helpdesk.
• Consultant would make a call himself at the prescribed timings, in case of no response, maximum of 3 attempts would be made to get in touch with the participant.
• The participants who are not able to attend the Skype call within the prescribed time slot would be considered for a vacant time slot during the same day otherwise a possible slot would be allocated if the same session is planned at later stage.
• The registration form shall be filled after ensuring fulfillment of all mentioned prerequisites.
