Device Pricing

Proximity cards are $35 per device.
Remotes are $50 per device.
Pool fobs are $50 per device.

New homeowners will receive one (1) proximity card and one (1) pool fob free of charge. However, this form must still be completed in order for your request to be processed.

How to Pay

Please note that the Association only accepts payment in the form of a money order or check made payable to "Park Recreation Development." If you complete this form but do not submit payment and are not a new homeowner, your request will not be processed.

You have two options to deliver payment:

Enclose payment in an envelope addressed to Luke Stampfle and drop it off at the guard shack for pickup. Do not forget to write your name, address, and phone number on the envelope.
You can deliver payment directly to our office located at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C100.

Lost or Stolen Devices

If your access device(s) are lost or stolen, please email Luke@IMCchs.com or call the management office at (843) 297-8590 to have them deactivated. If later found, the device(s) can be reactivated.
