ML4H 2020 Mentee Application Form - Submission Mentorship Program
Thank you for your interest in being a mentee for the Submission Mentorship Program as part of the Machine Learning for Health Workshop at NeurIPS 2020.

Please fill out the following questions so that we can better understand your background. We will aim to match you with someone who has the appropriate expertise to provide you feedback on your submission.

Expectations for mentees: Mentees are expected to initiate contact with the assigned mentor and send a submittable draft of the paper/extended abstract to the mentor at least 2 weeks before the submission deadline. Moreover, the mentees are expected to take into account the feedback from the mentors and make a submission by the Oct 2nd deadline.
