Please use this form to request permission from Chilton Town Council to erect ANY structure on any of the Chilton Town Council allotments.  You must be the principal Tenant on the allotment and provide all of the requested information.  By completing this form you agree to abide by all of terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement and Handbook to maintain and keep the structure in good repair.  Please do not start to erect the structure until you have received written notification of the outcome of the Allotment Committee decision.
