1:1 & Small Group Coaching Sessions
Please use this form to book a 1:1 or Small Group Hockey Session at St Albans Hockey Club, based at Oaklands College. 
Sessions:
50 minute sessions will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. 

Times:
18:00-18:50

Price:
1:1 Session - £40
Small Group Session (Up 4:1) - £70

Bookings & Cancellations:

To book a session you will need to:
- Fill out 1 booking form PER CHILD/GROUP
- Once the form has been filled, please send a TEXT MESSAGE to Dillet Gilkes on 07500 554422 with the following information:
* Name of child/children
*Day and time required
- Please wait for a CONFIRMATION TEXT.
- If you have to cancel your place, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if possible.

Payments:
- Please make sure you have confirmed you place with Dillet Gilkes before making any payments.
- There will be no pay on the day option.
