TEACH-NW Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for TEACH-NW [TNW]

We believe that families and community members are important partners to support our students. In order to maintain a safe environment for our students, TNW requires volunteers to: 

  1. Review the Mandatory Volunteer Training and agree to adhere to all of the requirements.
  2. Complete this online volunteer application.
  3. Download and complete TEACH-NW's Volunteer Background Check Form. Email completed form to Shawna Stafford, sstafford@marcola.k12.or.us

Be sure to complete the volunteer application and volunteer background check form completely and accurately. Please Note: TEACH-NW will take no action until your volunteer background check form has been received. 

If Approved

If you clear the Volunteer Background Check, you will receive an email that you are now approved to volunteer. This approval is good for three years for any TEACH-NW school.  

If you are denied, you will receive an email explaining why you were denied.

The first time you volunteer at the school, you will need to bring a government-issued identification card [i.e., Driver’s License [from Oregon or another state), State Identification Card (from Oregon or another state, Passport ID Card, Consular Card].
