Please choose the colour, size and amount of poinsettias that you would like to order. If you would like different sizes of the same colour please enter them in as seperate orders - for example if you would like five red size 6 and two red size 4.5, order one would be Colour: Red, Size: 6, Amount: 5 and order two would be Colour: Red, Size 4.5, Amount 2. We have provided 4 different possible orders on this form - if you need more then you can submit a second form or message pastor Jon at jon@fellowship-church.ca

You can pay in person at the church office or at one of the services or you can e-transfer. if you e-transfer please make sure you include your name and that it is for the poinsettia fundraiser. E-transfer instructions can be found here: https://www.fellowship-church.ca/give_online/
