Submissions are reviewed by the Chair(s) of the Wellness Committee. Our goal is to serve and support in areas that impact wellness and provide individualized confidential assistance with the information provided, as allowed.
No identifying information is collected or required, in the event you do wish to speak with someone you can choose to include contact information.
Wellness alerts can be submitted for any reason, examples include but are not limited to:
Burnout, depression, substance use, fatigue, concern of harm, clinical case/outcome, personal stressors, learning environment, clinical and educational work hours, general support, safety, unprofessional behavior, abuse, mistreatment, discrimination, harassment, coercion, intimidation and/or retaliation.
Additional ways to report concerns include: Program Director, Chief Resident, DIO, Director of GME, Manager of GME, MIDAS, Chief of Medical Staff, Medical Staff Director, HR and/or message to the anonymous compliance line at 800-998-8050.
