This Interest Application will provide us with the necessary contact and background information needed for possible program enrollment, and to empower us to provide you with additional program information.

Hickman Charter School is an "independent study" homeschool program supporting the parent as the primary educator of their student(s) with the resources available at HCS' three sites: Hickman, Sonora, and Alameda.

Our primary Hickman site conducts regular Information Meetings in the spring and summer for the coming school year's enrollment. Otherwise, we conduct individual or small group orientation sessions on a space available basis. Our orientation sessions are opportunities for you to learn about HCS program offerings and requirements for enrollment.

We will contact you using the information you provide below; please be sure that the email you provide us with is correct.  Once an Interest Application is submitted you should receive an automatically generated email confirmation. You will be contacted with updates regarding Information Meetings for the upcoming school year. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions.

HCS Resource Center Information
Hickman Charter School is a school of choice, able to serve families who live in counties adjacent to Stanislaus County.  To meet the needs of our homeschooling families, HCS has three service offices/Resource Centers: the primary Hickman campus (serving Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced counties), the Sonora Resource Center (serving Tuolumne, Mariposa, and Calaveras counties), and the Alameda Center (serving Alameda and Santa Clara counties).
