We invite staff from all Evergreen Indiana libraries to participate in governance committees. The committees are responsible for discussing the concerns of the consortium and creating policy and procedures to support the consortium's needs. The 3-year commitment (for Executive Committee and Patron Services Committee) involves participation in 4-6 meetings per year, assisting with training development, and participating in the annual meeting. Participation length for Cataloging and eContent Committees is open-ended. Some committees also have a regional support requirement (providing direct support where reasonable to area libraries).
