Booking Confirmation, Deposit & Refund

Prices stated exclude 7% Goods & Service Tax (GST) and 10% Service Charge. To confirm a booking, a deposit
of 50% of total fees must be made. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 21 days’
notice. Good Bites Pte Ltd reserves the right to update or amend the pricing/ charges for catering, event space
rental and event packages, with exception for confirmed bookings.

Change of Date/ Time Slot/ Number of Guests
======================================
Change of date/ time slot/ number of guests will only be entertained at least 21 days prior to event. No reduction of attendees is allowed. However, if you would like to increase the number of pax for the event, it must be done 7 days in advance.

Event Duration
============
Duration will be 3 hours for the event. Customer can arrive 30 minutes prior to event for set-up. All set-up must
be cleared within the event time slot. Additional charges will be imposed for use of event space at $80 for
subsequent 30 minutes, maximum of 90 minutes.

Food & Drinks
===========
Strictly no outside food, drinks or alcohol allowed, with exception of birthday cake ordered from an approved list
of Halal-Certified vendors (Muslim-Owned not accepted). All food and drinks must be consumed within 3 hours
upon serving during the event. We do not recommend customers to bring leftover food back for quality and safe
food consumption.

Event Space & Decorations
======================
Tables, chairs, tablecloth, equipment and party decorations (with exception of balloons) are not to be tampered with or taken away by customers/ guests. Good Bites will impose fees on customer for damaged items.
