Please submit one form for each class cancellation request. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Please also notify your child's classroom teacher of this change.

NOTE:

For cancellations during open enrollment until before the semester starts (03/10/2024 through 03/24/2024), you will be refunded in full.
Cancellations from 03/25/2024 through the first week of class (through 03/30/2024) will incur a $40 penalty.
After 04/01/2024, there will be no refunds.*

*We will have signed contracts with our vendors and are responsible for payment based on enrollment.
