National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week
National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week®, or NDAFW, is an annual, week-long, health observance that educates teens  on the dangers of drug and alcohol use and addiction. GCSSD Coordinated School Health will utilize the National Drug and Alcohol IQ Challenge quiz to have teens test their knowledge about these substances. Students who complete the quiz and this form will be registered to win a Subway gift card.
