Please note, submission of this form constitutes an order unless you require a quote and will be submitting a PO.  A quote will be issued within 72 hours, for PO processing.  

Books cannot be shipped until we receive your PO or payment. PO or payment needs to be received within 60 days of the event date to ensure pre-event delivery.
