I understand that there is a $75 fee to participate in this market.  Once this application is approved and I receive the approval email, I have 5 business days to make the payment.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of my spot. *

I understand that I will receive an email regarding setup instructions and guidelines one week prior to the market. *
I understand that the market will run from 10am to 3pm on November 23 and that I am required to remain setup for the entire duration *
In order to facilitate a successful market for vendors and offer shoppers a variety of items, we will do our best to limit vendors who solely sell the same product line style.  We will try to avoid as much overlap as possible, however, I understand that there could be a slight similarity in product offering. *
Would you be interested in contributing an item to one or both of our grand prize baskets? *
I ACKNOWLEDGE that I have been informed of the following:
1) I am responsible for setup & take down of my booth
2) Approximate size of my space will be 8 ft x 8 ft
3) Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods
4) I am allowing organizers to use any images/logos for advertisements for this and future events
5) My payment is non-refundable
6) I will abide by the setup timelines and guidelines provided to me via email prior to event
7) As Vendor,  I will not make or permit any statements in writing, verbal or social media platforms to damage the reputation of the organization/organizers.
8) As Vendor, I can freely advertise the market in a positive manner so long as the details are accurate.
9) In order to help make this a successful market, the vendors are encouraged to promote it across social media using provided marketing materials.
