The West End & Visitation Park DRC plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the West End & Visitation Park neighborhoods. The primary focus of the committee is to foster high-quality residential and commercial development in alignment with the weCollab West End & Visitation Park Resident-Led Reinvestment Plan.

Though the West End & Visitation DRC is a volunteer-based entity that has no legal authority over development decisions, the DRC seeks to

Promoting quality residential and commercial development in the West End and Visitation Park neighborhoods
Ensuring development rehabilitation and infrastructure projects in the neighborhood are in accordance with the forthcoming West End and Visitation Park Neighborhood Plan currently being led by weCollab.
Influence the growth and character of our neighborhoods, ensuring developments align with our collective vision.
Represent the community's interests, ensuring that developments and policies reflect our shared values and needs.
