Afterschool Activities Transportation Survey
Due to a significant shortage of BSCSD school bus drivers at this time, we are unable to offer late bus transportation for elementary students as we have in past years.  We are currently exploring options, but we need to gather information for our Transportation Department to better understand what we can provide.  This form does not guarantee that late bus transportation can be provided for clubs and activities, but will allow us to model various scenarios to determine what we will be able to provide.  Thank you for helping us to gather this information!

The options for transportation include district busing or pick-up by families.  As you consider the options, please be aware that if we are able to offer district transportation it is possible the routes will take significantly longer than normal and may not be available all days.  With this information in mind, please answer the question below.
