OFLSD 7-12th Grade Hybrid Meal Pick-up
As you are aware, the JH/HS will be on the Hybrid Plan between November 30th through December 18th. Old Fort LSD is dedicated to the well being of our students. We will continue to provide meals to our students while on hybrid learning.

If your 7-12th grade student would like to continue receiving meals (breakfast and lunch), on the days that they are not in school, we will have meal pick up every Tuesday between 11AM-12PM. These pick up days will provide meals to the students on their remote days.

If you would like to receive meals, please fill out the form below. One entry per student. The form must be completed by Monday, 11/23/2020. If you do fill out the form, and fail to pick up the meals on two consecutive instances, you will be removed from the list.
