This is the registration form for the Spring AAPT/GO4St8 meeting to be held at Augsburg University Hagfors Center on Sat April 22nd 8:30-12:30 pm (with virtual options). Everyone interested in physics education in Minnesota or bordering states are welcome to attend the meeting. We are excited to host this opportunity to network with physics educators of all types and discuss issues in education including issues related to the pandemic and its effect on education at all levels. There will be networking time and plenty of great talks contributed by you! You can join MN AAPT at the meeting with an optional donation of $10. You do not need to be a member of the national AAPT or GO4st8 to attend. Feel free to forward this form to anyone interested in physics education in the Minnesota area, but please make sure everyone uses this form to register so we can plan appropriately for the meeting. If you have questions about this form please email minnesota.aapt@gmail.com Registration closes 5 pm on Wed April 19th (to allow time to make final plans) but earlier registration is always appreciated.
