We look forward to another great season at the Treherne Aquatic Centre. One form for each child needs to be completed. Please complete all sections in full to expedite your registration and for tax receipt purposes.
Payments are requested to be made by May 31st in order to secure your child's spot. E-transfer is preferable or by cheque for tracking purposes. E-transfers can be made to

with a password of pool21 and cheques are to be made to Tiger Mountain Pool Inc. Mailing address is PO Box 56, Treherne, MB R0G2V0. If e-transferring, please ensure that your mark down your child(rens') names in the message field for easier tracking.

Refunds will only be given if the cancellation is due to illness and a doctor's note will be requested. An administration fee of $10.00 per lesson cancellation will be charged. Please check that you have read this policy.
