Käesolevale dokumendile allakirjutamine ja sellega korraldajatega vastutuse jagamine on minu soov ja vaba tahe. Kinnitan, et korraldajatele kirjalikult ja suuliselt esitatud andmed enda kohta on tõesed, nii palju kui tean ja usun.

I have read the rules and safety requirements of the tournament and will obey them. I understand all the possible dangers connected to the participating in the tournament. I knowingly and freely assume full responsibility for my actions, life and health. In case of an injury I will not have any complaints against the opponents and organizers of the tournament. I am aware that I take full responsibility according to the Estonian laws for the injuries intentionally caused by me. Signing this document and sharing the responsibility with the organizers is my free will. I hereby confirm that all the information about me, given to the organizers either orally or in written form, is correct.
