1.  VBS is designed for children, ages 4-12.

2.  Children less than 4 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Loma Linda Filipino Church (LLFC) requires a parent/guardian to accompany them throughout the duration of the program.

3.  A vegetarian dinner (optional) will be served at 4:30 PM. Program begins at 5:00 PM and ends at about 7:30 PM.

4.  Make sure your child(ren) are promptly picked up at 7:30 PM.

5.  If your child uses emergency medicines/inhalers for allergy/asthma attacks, please make sure the child carries it with her/him at all times. Our program has a rotation that may require your child to engage in tiresome physical activities.

6.  Please ensure that we have in our records your emergency contact number. We will have a First Aid Team that is only responsible to perform first aid for minor injuries.

7.  LLFC may on occasion take photographs and/or video of its VBS participants for use in print and/or digital use. Your child’s participation in LLFC’s VBS program, grants permission for LLFC to use these photographs and/or video its efforts to document and promote future VBS programs at LLFC. Children will not be identified in the photos/used by LLFC.  

8.  All your contact information will be kept private, used only for emergency and as a means of announcements with regards to the program.  Contact information will not be used for commercial purposes.
