Copyrights are always owned by the photographer. Your photoshoot will include an Unlimited Commercial License for this property. Which means you (person paying for the shoot) have the right to use the images and any additional services we provide to market the property for Vacation Rental Marketing purposes of this property time and time again. It does not expire after one use as regular Real Estate Photography Licenses go. If you are wondering why price is increased for VRBO Photography that is because you are getting a license to use the images over & over again to gain a prophet- as for Real Estate Photography you can only use the images to market the property for sale for the term of the listing agreement. I service 30-35 clients (shoots) a week but I never turn away a client. I will try my very best to get you on the day you want. If not the same day you will be booked for the same week- unless daylight savings or weather permit is doing so. What day are you looking to book your reservation? My booking reservation times are 9am, 10:30am, Noon, 1:30pm and 3pm. Anything before 9am & after 3pm along with weekends will have an additional fee. *

Reschedule: We understand things happen so if you need to reschedule your reservation please do so with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any reservations rescheduled in a 24-hour window of the reservation will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee.  Any reservation RESCHEDULED on the day of the shoot will be charged $150 fee.* *

Cancellation: We understand things happen so if you need to CANCEL your reservation please do so with a minimum of 48 (2 Days) hours' notice. This will allow us time to try and fill that spot. Any reservations canceled within a 24-hour window of the reservation will be charged a $175 CANCELLATION fee.  Any reservation canceled on the day of the shoot will be charged 100% cost of the service. *

Payment: In order to secure your reservation the invoice must be paid ASAP. We send the invoice via PayPal. You can check out as a guest and pay with a credit card of your choice. We also accept payment via Cash App, Zelle or Venmo. Once the invoice is paid we will secure your booking reservation & send over the confirmation text!
