All athletes, coaches, and volunteers must complete the following registration form before EACH session of para ice hockey they will be attending.
All athletes and coaches on the ice must be current SportAbility members. If you are participating as a
one off or for the first time, completing a waiver is required vs. a membership.
Memberships can be completed online here. 2023/2024 memberships are valid from April 1 2023 - March 31 2024. An online waiver form will appear for those planning to play for one session / first time once the registration is complete. The first session is at no charge for newcomers. For all other athlete participants, the fee to attend is $5.00 per session. Participants will be sent an invoice for sessions attended at the end of the season.
NEW PARTICIPANTS: Please contact SportAbility prior to your first para hockey session for equipment set up. Equipment is not readily available at the program. Connecting with SportAbility first to organize a time to meet for equipment set up is required: info@sportabilitybc.ca
