Arlington ISD High School Games Media Credential Requests
Each media credential admits members of the media for the express purpose of reporting all AISD High School games for newspapers, sports publications, radio, and TV. All High School athletic contests and events are the property of the Independent School District (ISD) participating. No broadcast, live or delayed, radio, television, or webcast transmission is permitted without the express, prior written permission of the each ISD's Director of Athletics. Use of photography or images captured at or from any event for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the District Director of Athletics. The use of the media pass for commercial purpose will cause forfeiture of the pass. Organizations requesting passes are responsible for proper use by those issued passes by the organization.

This online credentialing request site is NOT for the purpose of credentialing school related constituents. This site is designated for external media only.   School groups, i.e. team photographer, band photographer, journalism students, etc, need to request credentials from the school's athletic coordinator.  

All credentials are for working personnel only. Please request one credential per person only.

Press box seating and field access will be LIMITED due to and determined using the following priority criteria:

1. Sports editors of daily newspapers, school newspapers, and sports directors of television and radio stations.
2. Daily radio and television shows.
3. Weekly radio and television shows providing sound and/or video highlights.
4. Weekly magazines specifically dedicated to area sports.
5. Other weekly and monthly publications covering either school.
6. Media websites.
7. Photographers affiliated with an official media outlet.

School photographers must coordinate directly with their respective school athletic coordinator to receive credentials.

Credential request deadlines for all events will be by noon at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Replies to pass requests will be made directly via the email address provided within 24 hours of the event.

Once approved, media credentials may be picked up at the designated media check in at each venue.  You will receive a map with your approval.
