Membership Cancellation
All class membership passes require a 3 month FIT4MOM Alexandria programs commitment. Cancellation prior to the 3 month commitment timeframe will result in a $75 Early Cancellation Fee. The Membership Cancellation/Hold Request Form must be completed and submitted at least 14 days prior to the 1st of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership. Failure to submit this form within the requested timeframe will result in the monthly auto-charge for your membership on the 1st of the month. There are no refunds on your membership once monthly payment has been processed. If you wish to return to FIT4MOM Alexandria within 3 months of cancellation you will not incur an enrollment fee. If you return to FIT4MOM Alexandria after 3 months you will be charged an enrollment fee.
Membership Hold
Monthly membership passes may be placed on hold for reasons such as medical conditions and maternity leave at no charge. For non-medical hold requests, the Membership Cancellation/Hold Request Form must be completed and submitted at least 14 days prior to the 1st of the month in which you wish to hold your membership. Qualifying memberships can be placed on hold for no less than 1 month. A maximum of two holds are allowed per calendar year (Jan-Dec). The client will be emailed 1) confirmation that their hold is in place and 2) sent reminder emails 2 weeks along with 48 hours before their hold expires. After the hold period has ended, your original membership pass will resume, along with automatic monthly payments when applicable. It is your responsibility to track your hold and reach out if it needs extended. There are no refunds on your membership once monthly payment has been processed.
Membership Change Policy
For a client to change their membership option, they need to fill out 14 days before their change prior to the next payment due date to give us time to process it. There is no fee to change memberships.
