Please fill out this registration form to participate in Townsend Public Library's Summer Reading Program.

If you have more than one person to register you must submit each registration separately. After each registration is submitted you will be given the option to fill out the form again, you can do this as many times as needed to register everyone!

You must also pick up from the library (or print from home) a Summer Reading Challenge Packet. The packet is filled with activities for you to complete over the summer. Your challenge cards double as your raffle tickets to try to win prizes! For more information and the full rules go to www.townsendlibrary.org/summer

This program runs from June 21, 2021 to August 17, 2021.
Summer Reading is open for anyone to participate in, but prizes must be picked up in person from the library.
