Underpinned by Babson’s leading research on mentoring and entrepreneurial leadership development, CWEL offers three one-on-one mentorship programs delivered at critical points in our student’s tenure at Babson.

CWEL Undergraduate Professional Mentor Program (Fall 2023)
- Pairs undergraduate juniors and seniors with professional women who have 5-15 years of work experience.

CWEL Graduate Mentor Program (Spring 2024)
- Pairs graduate students with senior-leaders or professionals who have 15+ years of work experience.

F&E CWEL Undergraduate Near-Peer Mentor Program (Spring 2024)
- Pairs first-year students with sophomore, junior, and senior students for peer mentoring.
