As many of you know it has been a long time dream of The Foundation to make improvements on the University School outdoor space. We are finally at a point where this is becoming a reality. Through the years the ideas have changed and evolved, there have been plans for additional seating for the Highschool and Middle School students, an Outdoor Classroom, and an Octoball court. The Foundation works for you all and we want to ensure that whatever is installed is something that will be useful for you and will enhance the learning experience, health and wellbeing of our children. Hopefully, this will be one of several outdoor projects that The Foundation partners with you on. To that end, I would like to solicit your feedback on this first project. Please know that final approval will come from ETSU. We have approval through the university to break ground on the area where the sandpit once was located.
