2021-2022 Riverview Elementary Kindergarten RSVP: Reserve Your Child's Spot Now!
Dear 2021-2022 Kindergarten Parents,

Welcome to Riverview Elementary! We are already looking forward to next fall and the start of the 2021-2022 new school year. Due to the school COVID restrictions, Kindergarten Round Up is being handled via Zoom (a link will be provided soon). Instead of meeting in person this completed form will serve as your child's initial kindergarten enrollment. We are sad we won't be able to meet our KinderFalcons in person at school this spring1. However, this information will help us get a student head count and assist us in preparations for the upcoming school year.

Kindergarten Round Up Parent Information Night will be held via zoom Tuesday, March 9, 6:30-7:30 pm.

Parents of 2021-2022 Kindergarten Eligible Students (Age 5 on or before August 31, 2021) are asked to provide the information below in order to help us prepare for your child's kindergarten journey.

To secure a spot for your child please answer all of the questions on this form.

**Have multiples? Please complete this form for EACH child entering kindergarten.

We look forward to seeing all of you and our future KinderFalcons around the halls of RE!

This correspondence is being sent to our current Riverview families. *** If you know of a new family with a future kindergartner PLEASE pass this along to them so they can enroll.

Thank you in advance for participating in our virtual round up on Tuesday, March 9 at 6:30 pm!
