Lightweight Methodology: Project Management -  19th December 2020 at 11 am to 5 pm  IST - Paid Program - Fee Rs. 3500 | or $50  or  |  EURO 42  per participant
The web Symposium Jointly organised by AMC, Germany and CECA ASIA on 19th December 2020 starting at 11 am IST . This will be a 5 hours program .

Lightweight Methodology : Project Management Method

The global industry is undergoing dynamic change. The development of new materials entails the establishment of new research and production competencies in lightweight design and methodology. The necessary lightweight strategy, process, and structure require a maximum of coordination and cooperation skills in lightweight projects.

Barriers in terms of region, chronological, language, and especially (inter-) culture must overcome. The Covid 19 Pandemic gives us a new challenge for clear project definition, project planning, project steering, project realization and project completion. Thereby, all companies are increasingly focusing their project management in order to increase their own competitiveness in a focused way - especially in lightweight Methodology, which is driven by a clear frontloading process.

The aim of the webinar "Lightweight Methodology:  Project Management" is to provide all the participants a systematic way to master complex and complicated projects in a lightweight design with the help of suitable lightweight methods and tools.

The participants will learn how to manage the operative implementations of their lightweight projects with the help of a professional management approach - while taking into account the specific quality, costs, schedules and resources in a lightweight design.

The result of the webinar "Lightweight Methodology:  Project Management" is higher managerial effectiveness in industrial practice.

The participants will get Certificate of Participation from AMC, Germany which is affiliated with German University.

Speakers -

1.  Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Rainer Kurek
AMC founder and shareholder
Managing since 2001
Leading Lightweight Expert
Former development manager of Ventrex Automotive
Studied mechanical engineering at the FH Munich

2. Mr. Bhargava Chary Ambarepeta,
Plastic Engineer, is working for AMC since November 2019 as design and development engineer in the lightweight construction department. In his professional career, he worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in India, primarily in the area of  design, development and production of composite materials through various processes for automotive and mechanical engineering applications. He has been undergone various projects and Master thesis in the field of composite materials at the university of Kaiserslautern / Pirmasens and the Institute for composite materials in Kaiserslautern

Lightweight Design has become the key technology for sustainable business success. To meet the climate and environmental goals, legal regulations, resources and energy efficiency, we require lightweight design.

Lightweight Design is the “Game Changer Technology”. In a 6hr - Intensive webinar of Bhargava Chary and Mr. Rainer Kurek, the lightweight design expertise of the Automotive Management Consulting (AMC) will be explored in various perspectives of lightweight design.

With the lightweight design - navigator of AMC: Chary reports about
the STEP CHANGE in lightweight construction
lightweight design - strategies (i.e. "form follows force")
lightweight design - processes (i.e. CAE-CAD-CAM)
lightweight design - Structures in internationalization networks
ultra-lightweight construction (xFK in 3D, composites in 3D)
