Please agree to the following terms:
My Business will be open and available for the brewery/winery to set up as early as 90 minutes before the event starts (event is from 12pm - 5pm) *
My Business will remain open during the entire time the event is taking place. (12pm-5pm) *
I understand that breweries/wineries are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  I will not get to pick which brewery/winery I am partnered with. *
I will have a dump station located at the exits of my business and will, to the best of my ability, enforce that tasting cups enter and leave my business empty.  If a customer tries to leave with a tasting still in their glass, I will ask them to empty their glass.  I will also post signs provided to me regarding this rule, which reminds participants that leaving a business with alcoholic contents in their glass is a citable offense. *
I will be available or have staff over the age of 21 years old available to assist the brewery/winery as needed and host them and the participants in a friendly and welcoming manner. *
I will respond to all correspondence regarding the Turlock Sip & Stroll and reach out to ask questions should I have one, so that I am fully aware, prepared, and ready to help host this event in my business. *
I understand that failure to adhere to these acknowledgments and declarations could result in my business not being allowed to participate in future DTBOC (Downtown Business Owners Committee) events. *
By typing my Name below, I hereby attest that I I am fully authorized to permit participation in the Downtown Turlock Sip & Stroll, either as the Business owner myself, or an authorized representative of the business. *
By filling out this form you are confirming you are signing up to participate in the 3rd Annual Turlock Sip and Stroll on Saturday October 5, 2024.  To complete this application you will need to pay the application fee of $165, and fill out and send back the Wine/Beer Stroll Participant form necessary to obtain your ABC permit for the event day.  
Once your submit this form, either Jenni or Marissa will e-mail and/or text you with payment options and the ABC form to fill out.  They will also be notifying you in September of which brewery or winery you will be partnered with!
