Music & Arts Evening 2024 - performance details and consent
Dear Parents/Carers,

We would like your child to be involved in our Music and Arts Evening on Wednesday 20th March 2024 starting at 5:30pm. The children will need to be in school from 5:20pm on the evening and we anticipate the event will finish by 7:30pm.

As your child is performing, we would like to offer you seats to the performance. There will be no tickets issued and audience members will be seated on a first come first served basis on the evening. Please send in the slip below giving your permission for your child to participate in this event and to confirm the number of seats you will be taking up. Please return a printed slip to the School Office or complete the google form to give these details by Friday 8th March.

There will be a dress rehearsal taking place in school on the afternoon of Tuesday 19th March. Please can you ensure that your child brings in to school any music, instruments or equipment that they will need for their performances at that rehearsal

Arrangements for the performance:
  • Parsonage Road, Lagger Close and Hillside Close gates will be open from 5pm and for up to 15 minutes after the performance has finished to allow those parents and children attending to access the school site. The anticipated finish time is around 7.30pm. Please park considerately and avoid parking on Parsonage Road and Lagger Close.
  • Children should arrive between 5pm and 5:20pm and go straight to the Dining Hall where they will be registered. Parents are then welcome to go straight through to the Main Hall to take their seats.
  • All children who are performing should have any costumes agreed with Mr Holmes before the dress rehearsal.
  • Parents who are not attending must ensure their child is collected at the end of the performance.
