Forest Hills Gardens Foundation Raffle Fundraiser:

Forest Hills Gardens Foundation will be hosting a Raffle beginning Saturday, June 3 to raise funds in support of the organization's ongoing efforts to preserve the history of the Forest Hills Gardens community.

There will be 2 drawings held. Each drawing is for 1 pair of U.S. Open Tickets.

MEN'S & WOMEN'S QUARTERFINALS
Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 7pm (Session 20)
Loge Section 135, Row J, Seats 1&2, or Seats 3&4

The drawing will be held  on Thursday, August 3 at 8PM, at the West Side Tennis Club.  
Winners need not be present for drawings.  The drawing will also be live-streamed on Instagram.  The winner will be contacted by email or phone as well as announced across our social pages.
The U.S. Open tickets awarded to the winning bidder are for their personal use only.  These tickets cannot be resold or transferred. The winners will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets.  Winners will have fourteen (14) days from the notification of winning to claim their prize.  Winners will be notified via the contact information supplied during the ticket purchase.  If winner fails to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days, for whatever reason, winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner can be selected.
Redemption: The Ticketmaster mobile tickets will be transferred to the winner (email address required). If the recipient does not have a Ticketmaster  account, you will need to download and create a Ticketmaster App account to claim the tickets and use the Ticketmaster mobile app to use the tickets.

Entry must be received before 8pm EST, Thurs, Aug. 3, 2023.
Confirmation of your ticket numbers will be sent upon acceptance of your order form and payment.

We will fill out the raffle tickets for you.
We will mail you the raffle ticket stub (time permitting).
