Emma B. Ward Elementary has a vacant parent position on our School Based Decision Making (SBDM) council. The following candidates have been nominated to serve on our council, please choose only one. Emily Miller: As a parent of two students, I care deeply about school operations. I am currently the legal director for the largest FQHC in Kentucky and I am well versed in all aspects that make-up the SBDM council. I believe that I could provide valuable knowledge and information to help make EBW the best that it can be.

Rebecca Beavers: My name is Rebecca Beavers and I’m a proud mom to two sweet kiddos at Emma B. Ward. I work full time as the director of therapy for a nursing home. My kids are my world and I’d like to serve on the SBDM to help fullfiil the mission for all kids at Emma B. to reach for and achieve all that they are capable of!
