The Ministries Council is seeking feedback from the congregation to provide an
evaluation for Ministry services provided by Pastor Ben, as per our terms of
agreement with him.
We have provided a table for rating your experience with Pastor Ben in these
areas of Ministry. Your input will help the council to provide the necessary
evaluation. Please feel free to add any comments that you would like us to
consider for this evaluation.
