The Parish of The Holy Cross                           Envelope Gift & None Gift Aid schemes
The Gift Aid scheme allows the Parish to claim 25p for each pound donated by a Taxpayer. We have to have an audit trail, which is why we need to use a unique numbering system for your donations, and this also ensures confidentiality as only the Administrator has access to your personal records to link a number to a donation. The use of a unique numbered box of envelopes is a simple way to donate toward the normal collections and for special collections, however, donations via Direct Debit or Standing Order can be set up also. Your unique number can also be quoted with any one off additional donations to allow it to be added to the Gift Aid claim.

The None Gift Aid scheme is for any none Taxpayer who wishes to use envelopes as a convenient method of donating. Donations via Direct Debit or Standing Order can be set up if convenient. Although the Parish cannot claim anything directly based on individual None Gift Aid donations, we can claim based on the total None Gift Aid and Loose collections for the year so the envelopes for None Gift Aid users is for just for their convenience.

The following pages are for current Users of either scheme to confirm their information and requirements and for anyone who may be interested in joining either scheme.
