Liskeard’s Got Talent - Terms and Conditions
By entering Liskeard’s Got Talent, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
Open to individuals and groups of all ages.
Participants under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and supervision.
Entry Requirements:
Completed entry forms must be submitted by the stated deadline.
Incomplete or late entries may not be considered.
Performance Guidelines:
Performances must be suitable for a family-friendly audience.
Acts are limited to a maximum performance time (e.g., 5 minutes, subject to change).
Participants must provide their own instruments, props, or special equipment.
we will provide sound system with mics and input devices for your sound equipment
Music and Media:
Backing tracks must be provided by the participant (Usb-c, iPhone, 3.5mm jack ,Usb stick).
Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights or permissions for music or content used in their act.
Health & Safety:
Participants must comply with venue safety regulations.
Dangerous or hazardous acts will not be permitted.
Judging and Prizes:
A panel of judges will evaluate performances based on talent, creativity, and stage presence.
The judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Media and Publicity:
By entering, participants consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed for event promotion.
Photos and videos may be used on social media, websites, and local press.
Cancellations and Changes:
The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or rules if necessary.
If an act can no longer perform, participants should notify organizers as soon as possible.
Liability:
Participants take part at their own risk.
Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
Agreement:
By submitting the entry form, participants (and parents/guardians where applicable) agree to these terms and conditions.
