Join us from the comfort of your own home, in a car, or at the library for nutrition program, physical activity and cooking demos!  This session is a series of 9 sessions that will take place once a week for 1 hour! Each parent after the completion of the 9 sessions will receive a free electric skillet (per household), other small kitchen tools, cookbook, as well as a certificate of completion for the sessions.
